These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InviPulse. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. This document is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
Using the service
You must have the authority to connect the Amazon seller account you link, and you agree to comply with Amazon’s applicable policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Free trials require no payment method and convert only if you choose to subscribe.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorized to access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

InviPulse provides analytics for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Amazon.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InviPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
